We ship within 48 hours. Delivery within Germany takes 4–7 working days. These shipping conditions may differ for some products. Please check the information on the product page.
International orders take 8–10 working days

Checking on receipt of goods
Please check the parcel for any damage immediately on receipt. If the parcel is damaged, please refuse to accept it and have the damage documented directly by the delivery driver. This ensures that the damage is recorded in the carrier's system, which is required for the further claims process. Please then inform us of the incident by email without delay. Otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a free replacement product.
Authorisation to leave the parcel
By issuing a drop-off authorization, the recipient assumes liability for their parcel. The parcel carrier places the parcel at the agreed location and confirms receipt of the parcel. Thereafter, the recipient is responsible and liable in the event of theft or damage to the parcel.

Shipping prices vary by country; please refer to the shipping price at checkout or contact our customer service at support@neona.store. Any customs duties that may arise for orders shipped outside the EU must be borne by the customer.
Right of return: You can withdraw from your order within 30 days of receipt of the order in accordance with our withdrawal policy . In the case of a defect we cover the return costs; otherwise we charge between €5.90 and €14.90 if you choose our partner GLS. The exact prices depend on the product and are shown in the returns portal. Returns from abroad must be sent back at your own expense to the following address:
