Yes! The lamp comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right away. You don't need to buy any additional bulbs – you can simply mount the lamp and start using it. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of over 50,000 hours and are covered by our 3-year warranty.

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the lamp. In our experience, however, it is usually the transformers rather than the LEDs themselves that are affected by defects in LED lamps. These can generally be replaced quickly. If you ever have any problems with this, we will of course be happy to help you.

Yes, that's possible.

Our NOIA is not smart-home compatible out of the box, but it can easily be retrofitted. The lamp is dimmable via its built-in TRIAC transformer. That's why you can dim it with a suitable smart home universal dimmer just as you would with a classic wall dimmer.

Here's how it works:
You install a universal dimmer for leading-edge or trailing-edge phase control and connect it upstream of the existing transformer.

The module can be installed either in the wall (flush-mounted) or in the canopy of the lamp.

What to look out for:
The smart home dimmer must be suitable for 230 V leading-edge or trailing-edge phase control. The module must also be approved for transformers, i.e. for inductive or capacitive loads.

Pure PWM or constant-voltage LED dimmers are not compatible.

If these points are met, you can switch the NOIA on and off smartly and dim it smoothly – just like with a conventional wall dimmer.

We can't currently recommend a specific smart home dimmer. However, common universal dimmers for LED transformers generally work reliably.

Yes, the NOIA is TRIAC dimmable. The wall dimmer switch only needs to be compatible with the technical requirements of the installed transformer so that the light can be dimmed without flickering.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

The built-in cable is 2-wire and has a conductor cross-section of 0.3 mm^2. It is cable type H03VV-F, has a maximum voltage of 300/500 V and is temperature-resistant up to 180 degrees.

Das Innenglas jeder Noia wird von Hand gefertigt. Für ihre charakteristische Struktur werden Metalloxide eingearbeitet, die das Licht auf ihre eigene Art filtern und ihr einen ganz eigenen Farbton geben. Weil jedes Glas ein Einzelstück ist, fällt dieser Effekt von Leuchte zu Leuchte minimal unterschiedlich aus. Feine Abweichungen im Farbton des Lichts sind deshalb kein Mangel, sondern das Merkmal echter Handarbeit. So wird jede Noia zum Unikat.
