Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off
The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming
The lamp is **not dimmable** as standard. However, since dimmable LEDs are installed, it can be converted to dimmable operation by replacing the transformer. Thanks to the click system, the transformer is easy to replace. You can buy the matching dimmable TRIAC transformer directly from us. After the replacement, the lamp can be dimmed via **trailing-edge phase-cut dimming**. For the conversion, a transformer is needed that has to be swapped out so that the lamp becomes dimmable.

POLARIS 2.0 – Design, dimensions and light quality

POLARIS 2.0 is an outdoor aluminum LED wall light.

As an outdoor wall light, it showcases your house wall, entrance or terrace with warm white light of 2700 K. The permanently integrated LEDs deliver 408 lumens at a power of 6 W.

The outdoor LED wall light is available in black or white and, with its compact dimensions, suits a variety of outdoor areas. With protection rating IP65, it is dustproof and suitable for outdoor use.

As delivered, the light source is not dimmable; with a separately available Triac transformer, which replaces the installed transformer via a click system, it can be dimmed continuously. The LEDs reach a lifespan of over 50,000 hours. The color rendering index CRI 80 supports a natural rendering of colors in the illuminated area.

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes! The lamp comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right away. You don't need to buy any additional bulbs – you can simply mount the lamp and start using it. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of over 50,000 hours and are covered by our 3-year warranty.

2 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

3 Is the Polaris 2.0 TRIAC dimmable?

The Polaris 2.0 luminaire can be made dimmable by replacing the triac transformer. This can be easily replaced using a click system. You can purchase the appropriate transformer from us. Simply contact our customer support team. The luminaires can then be dimmed by trailing edge.

4 Does the Polaris 2.0 have a motion detector?

The Polaris does not have a motion detector. However, it is possible to select a suitable motion detector yourself and integrate it into the luminaire. However, the technical requirements of the luminaire must be taken into account. We cannot recommend a suitable motion detector.

5 Where can I find the Polaris 2.0 engine manual?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.
