Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

The brightness can be adjusted in three levels (100% - 40% - 10%) via the wall switch (standard rocker wall switch), so you can always create the atmosphere you want. Switching on: When first switched on, the light shines at 100% of its output. Second level: Switch the light off and back on within 2 seconds to reduce the brightness to 40%. Third level: Repeat the process to dim the light to 10% of its output. For optimal use of the dimming function, switch the light off and on within an interval of less than 2 seconds to enter dimming mode. Please note that the dimming function has no memory function. This means that after a complete switch-off (e.g. disconnection from the mains), the light does not save the last brightness level you set. When switched on again, the light always starts at 100% brightness. The light must not be dimmed via an external dimmer or a smart home system, but only in three levels via a normal rocker wall switch.

Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über ein Seil. Kein sichtbares Kabel.
Weitere Leuchten passend zu diesem Modell verfügbar.
Die Möglichkeit 3-Dimmstufen zu wählen ist ein tolles Gimmick, da die Leuchte sehr hell ist.

Verbesserungstip: Die Anschlussklemme könnte besser gelöst werden. (Z.B. mit Wago 221-2411)

Sehr schöne Lampe

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Lampe für unseren Esstisch und haben uns für die Riva entschieden. Sind super glücklich mit der Entscheidung. Die Kugeln lassen sich individuell drehen und so kann man das Licht immer anders fallen lassen. Sie blenden nicht auch wenn sie schräg gestellt werden. Das Dimmen funktioniert super einfach. Die Installation ist ein bisschen Fummelarbeit und muss an zu zweit machen. Der mitgelieferte Handschuh macht das putzen super einfach. Bei den Kugeln sieht man, dass sie Handgeblasen sind.
Alles in allem ein super Lampe zu einem fairen Preis.

Lampe Riva

Sehr schöne Lampe mal was ausgefallenes. Lieferung recht schnell. Hatte etwas Zweifel ob die Kugeln wirklich aus Glas waren ? Aber die Mitarbeiter haben mir meine Zweifel genommen in dem sie mir ein Video zukommen ließen das mir gezeigt hat das es um Glaskugeln handelt. Danke nochmal. Ich kann das Unternehmen nur empfehlen 👍👍👍

Tolle Lampe

Wirklich ein Design Statement, das nicht alltäglich ist. Sehr angenehmes Licht, was durch die Dimmbarkeit und Schwenkbarkeit der Kugeln flexibel einzusetzen ist. Habe die Lampe gerade installiert, war nicht ganz einfach. Ich glaube, ich hole mir noch die Stehleuchte 😍

Sehr schöne und lichtstarke Esstischlampe

Eine optisch sehr schöne Esstischlampe, die viel warmweißes Licht abgibt. Der Aufbau war leider nicht ganz so leicht, wie wir gedacht hatten. Dies lag aber an unserer nicht planen Zimmerdecke und deshalb kam der Draht zur Höhenverstellung aus dem Baldachin immer wieder raus. Trotzdem geben wir eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung bzgl. Design, Lichtstärke und Montage.

Mein Veto

Eine sehr schön gestaltete Leuchte im modernen Stil, scheinbar schwebend im Raum mit weichem, dimmbaren Licht in gläsernen Halbkugeln. Tolles Produkt.

De lamp is mooi afgewerkt en makkelijk te monteren ziet er heel mooi uit.

Bij ontvangst van de lamp was er 1 glas stukgegaan bij de verzending. Bij de supportafdeling gemeld, en een paar dagen later kregen we een nieuw gals voorde lamp.

FAQ

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes! The lamp comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right away. You don't need to buy any additional bulbs – you can simply mount the lamp and start using it. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of over 50,000 hours and are covered by our 3-year warranty.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the lamp. In our experience, however, it is usually the transformers rather than the LEDs themselves that are affected by defects in LED lamps. These can generally be replaced quickly. If you ever have any problems with this, we will of course be happy to help you.

3 Can I dim the light using the wall dimmer switch?

No, continuous dimming via a conventional wall dimmer switch is not possible.

The light can only be adjusted by quickly switching a wall rocker switch on and off several times to cycle through three fixed brightness levels (100% - 40% - 10%).

Important: The light cannot be converted to continuous dimming by replacing the transformer either, because the LEDs are technically not capable of it. If you connect it to a dimmer switch anyway, the transformer and the LEDs will be damaged.

4 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

5 Is the Riva SmartHome capable?

No. And it is also not possible to make them SmartHome-capable

6 Is the Riva TRIAC dimmable?

No. The luminaire can only be dimmed in 3 stages using a wall switch. And it is also not possible to make it TRIAC dimmable.

7 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Riva?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

8 Does the Riva have a memory function?

No. The Riva does not have a memory function. This means that the previous light setting cannot be saved.

9 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.
