Assembly

The light arrives ready to install and can be set up straight away. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply plug it in and enjoy. Please note: Light bulbs are not included (E27 bulbs). You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

This lamp is dimmable if you use a dimmable E27 bulb. Please note that the bulb is not included in the scope of delivery and that a suitable wall dimmer switch must be available at your home.

FAQ

1 Is the LIOBA TRIAC dimmable?

Not as delivered – the LIOBA has no integrated TRIAC interface. With a TRIAC-dimmable E27 bulb, however, it can be dimmed via a TRIAC wall dimmer.

2 Are bulbs included with the LIOBA?

No. The LIOBA is delivered without a light source. You need 1x E27 bulb.

3 How far can the LIOBA be suspended?

The suspension height of the LIOBA can be adjusted between 80 and 200 cm.

4 Is the LIOBA smart home compatible?

No built-in interface – but you can use a smart E27 bulb and control the LIOBA through it.

5 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.

6 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.
