Installation

The lamp arrives ready to assemble and can be set up right away. The light source is already included in the delivery. You will find all the information you need in the installation guide.

Switching on and off

Briefly touch the touch sensor (silver button on the lampshade) to switch the lamp on and off.

Dimming

By holding your finger on the touch sensor (silver button on the lampshade), you can dim the brightness. A quick tap changes the color temperature. The touch switch responds to your touch and lets you control the light exactly to your liking.

FAQ

1 Is the OMARA dimmable?

Yes. Hold your finger on the touch sensor to dim the brightness smoothly. Tap quickly to change the color temperature. A wall dimmer switch is not required.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the lamp. In our experience, however, it is usually the transformers rather than the LEDs themselves that are affected by defects in LED lamps. These can generally be replaced quickly. If you ever have any problems with this, we will of course be happy to help you.

3 Can luminaires with IP20 be used in the bathroom?

Lights with protection rating IP20 may only be used in the bathroom outside the protected zones. This means they are not suitable for direct use in the shower or above the bathtub. In dry areas, for example in the middle of the room or on the ceiling, they can however be used. For added safety, we recommend lights with at least protection rating IP44 in the bathroom.

4 Is the OMARA smart home compatible?

No, because of the touch function, the Omara is not smart home compatible.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.
