Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

The lamp is **not dimmable** as standard. However, since dimmable LEDs are installed, it can be converted to dimmable operation by replacing the transformer. Thanks to the click system, the transformer is easy to replace. You can buy the matching dimmable TRIAC transformer directly from us. After the replacement, the lamp can be dimmed via **trailing-edge phase-cut dimming**. For the conversion, a transformer is needed that has to be swapped out so that the lamp becomes dimmable.

OTIS – Design, dimensions and light quality

OTIS is a round LED wall light made of aluminium. Thanks to IP65, the hardwired version is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The separate rechargeable version is intended for indoor use.

With warm white light at 2700 K, the light creates pleasant, understated illumination. It measures 18 cm in diameter and is 4 cm deep. In black or white, it suits clean, modern minimalist wall designs.

OTIS is available as a hardwired version and as a separate rechargeable version. The rechargeable version is dimmable by remote control ex works. The hardwired version can be retrofitted with a separately available Click-and-Connect transformer and then dimmed via Triac. The wired version is rated at 731 lumens.

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes! The lamp comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right away. You don't need to buy any additional bulbs – you can simply mount the lamp and start using it. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of over 50,000 hours and are covered by our 3-year warranty.

2 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

3 Can the OTIS TRIAC be dimmed?

The OTIS cable connection luminaire can be made dimmable by replacing the triac transformer. This can be easily replaced using a click system. You can purchase the appropriate transformer from us. Simply contact our customer support team. The luminaires can then be dimmed by trailing edge.

4 Is the OTIS SmartHome capable?

The OTIS cable connection version can be made SmartHome-capable by replacing the transformer. This can be easily replaced using a click system. To do this, the transformer must match the technical requirements of the transformer installed. The OTIS battery version cannot be made SmartHome compatible.

5 Does the OTIS have a motion detector?

The OTIS with cable connection does not have a motion detector. However, it is possible to select a suitable motion detector yourself and integrate it into the luminaire. To do this, the technical requirements of the luminaire must be taken into account. We cannot recommend a suitable motion detector.

6 Where can I find the OTIS installation instructions?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.
