Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

The brightness can be adjusted in three levels (100% - 40% - 10%) using the wall switch (conventional wall toggle switch) to create the desired atmosphere at all times. Switching on: When first switched on, the light shines at 100% of its output. Second level: Switch the light off and on again within 2 seconds to reduce the brightness to 40%. Third stage: Repeat the process to dim the light to 10% of its output. For optimum use of the dimming function, switch the light on and off within an interval of less than 2 seconds to switch to dimming mode. Please note that the dimming function has no memory function. This means that the light does not save the last brightness level set after it has been switched off completely (e.g. disconnected from the mains). When the light is switched on again, it always starts at 100% brightness.

Wunderschöne

Als ich den Karton geöffnet habe, wirkte die Lampe zunächst etwas leicht und einfach. Doch nach der Montage hat sich mein erster Eindruck komplett verändert.

Sie ist unglaublich elegant, stilvoll und modern. Besonders in Räumen mit hohen Decken kommt ihr Design wunderschön zur Geltung.

Auch die dreistufige Lichtsteuerung gefällt mir sehr – sie schafft eine besonders angenehme und romantische Atmosphäre.

Cooles Design.

Ich habe die Lampe zwar erst verspätet erhalten, aber grundsätzlich passt jetzt alles. Cooles Dessin, gute Montageanleitung, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde wieder kaufen.

Alles tiptop, super Lampe

Die Lampe ist wirklich gut. Allerdings dünsten die Kunststoffteile immer noch kräftig aus, ich hoffe der Geruch gibt sich noch.

Tolle Lampe & Support

Gleich schon mal vorweg: die Lampe ist echt toll! Von Installation über Helligkeit bis hin zum Look kann man sich über nichts beschweren.
Wir haben leider ein Sonntagsmodell erhalten, das ein paar optische Makel aufweist. Der Support hat aber schnell und sehr kulant reagiert, sodass ich keinen Sternabzug geben kann.

Die Lampe ist genauso wie Beschrieben. Sie wurde sehr gut verpackt schon nach wenigen Tagen angeliefert. Über den Zustand der Bestellung und Lieferung wurde ich ausreichend informiert. Die Montage ist auch für ungeübte absolut einfach. Die Seile zur Aufhängung kann man einfach durch Ösen mit Wiederhaken zum Kürzen auf das gewünschte Höhenmass nachziehen. Von mir gibt es absolut eine Kaufempfehlung! 👍👍👍👍👍

Mooie design lamp met 3 niveaus lichtsterkte, makkelijke installatie

De lamp is goed verpakt, ruikt alleen erg chemisch. Het installeren is erg makkelijk en duidelijk uitgelegd in handleiding. Hij hangt nu bij ons in de tuinkamer aan een schuin verhoogd plafond. Het licht wat zowel naar boven als naar beneden ruimtelijk schijnt is erg prettig, alleen bij de hoogste stand is het storend om in het licht van de lamp te kijken. Wij zijn erg tevreden over deze design lamp voor een mooie prijs!

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

3 Can I dim the light using the wall switch?

Yes, the brightness can be adjusted in 3 levels by pressing the wall switch several times.

4 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

5 Is the Solea smart home compatible?

No. And it cannot be made smart home compatible.

6 Is the Solea TRIAC dimmable?

No. And it cannot be made TRIAC dimmable.

7 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Solea?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

8 Does the Solea have a memory function?

No. The Solea does not have a memory function. This means that the previous light setting cannot be saved.

9 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.
