Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. Please note: Batteries for the remote control are not included in the scope of delivery. Recommended batteries: 2× button cells (e.g. CR2032, 3 V, 230 mA). You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

You can conveniently switch the light on and off using the remote control provided. Simply tap the "I" button to switch it on and the "O" button to switch it off.

Dimming

You can easily control the light using the touch remote control. This gives you maximum flexibility for customized lighting. Thanks to its stepless dimming function, you can adjust the light intensity and light color as desired. You can adjust the brightness via the upper "DIMM" bar - either by swiping to the right (brighter) or left (darker), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. On the lower "TEMP" bar, you can set the color temperature - either by swiping to the right (warmer) or left (cooler), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. Of course, the last setting is always saved when you switch the light off and on again. Convince yourself of the simple and convenient control and experience the perfect lighting experience. You can either stick or screw on the magnetic holder to attach the remote control flexibly to the wall.

Kleines, kleines kontra für die Fernbedienung der Lampe... im Dunklen Bedienung darauf kaum zuerkennen und ohne Knopfzellen im Paket... Sonst alles super! Würde sie trotzdem wieder bestellen ... Solei Deckenlampe - guter Kauf

Am professionellsten ist die Internet-Seite und die Verpackung der Lampe. Die Lampe selber wirkt wertig, ist aber eher im mittleren Qualitätsbereich, jedoch völlig ausreichend. Ich bin auf NEONA gekommen, weil ich bei meiner Lieblingsmarke die stark gestiegenen Preise (fast 100%) nicht mehr mitgehen werde. Negativ beurteile ich die Montageanleitung (ist aber nicht schlimm, da einfach) und die Tatsache, dass die Batterien für die FB nicht mitgeliefert werden, das kennt man eher vom Ramschtisch

Gratulation an Neona. Es hat zwar sehr lange gedauert bis zur Lieferung – aber die Lampe ist von Verpackung bis zur Steuerung des Lichts ein sehr gelungenes Produkt. Design zieht sich durch die gesamte customer journey – bitte weiter so. Die Montage war nicht easy. Zu kleines Loch für das Kabel zum einführen. Aber die Abdeckung mit Magnethalterung – genial!. Sind sehr zufrieden mit Design, Qualität und Funktionalität – Preis:Leistung. TOP

Sehr schöne Lampe

Nicht alltäglich, zeit- und klassenlos

Lampe OK - Preispolitik sehr fraglich

Lampe ist OK und werden sie auch behalten. Sehr fraglich finde ich aber die Preispolitik mit der hier ja geworben wird. Die Lampe hat im Januar 250€ gekostet. Jetzt mit "riesigem Rabatt" 290€ runtergesetzt von 390€. Das ist nicht nachvollziehbar...

Unterirdische Qualität

Ich habe für meine Wohnung zweimal diese Lampe im Sale letztes Jahr bestellt. Dazu gab es die Akku Aussenleuchten. Beide sind mittlerweile defekt. Zur Solei kann ich nur sagen, dass ich nun einmal die falsche Farbe geliefert bekommen habe und die Nachlieferung war direkt kaputt. Ich warte nun seit über 15 Wochen auf eine Lampe und habe zwei kaputte Lampen zuhause. Qualität und Lieferzeiten ist wirklich mieserabel.

Sehr schöne Leuchte

Die Solei-Leuchte ist sehr schön, hochwertig, kommt perfekt verpackt und ist leicht zu montieren.

Die Farbkombination "Weiß-Chrom" fehlt meines Erachtens im Angebot.

War gut zum anbringen . Nur die Dübel waren nichts für unsere Decke. Ich würde die Lampe wieder kaufen.

1 How do I connect the remote control to the light?

Switch off the light by unplugging the power supply unit. Press and hold the On button on the remote control while plugging the power supply unit back into the socket. The remote control is now connected

2 Can I also operate the light with the light switch?

Yes, the light can be switched on and off using both the light switch and the remote control.

3 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

4 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

6 Does the SOLEI have a memory function?

Yes, our remote lights have a memory function that can be used to save a setting. To activate it, you must wait at least 20 seconds between switching off and on using the wall switch. When operated with the remote control, the previous setting is always saved.

7 Where can I find the SOLEI motor instructions?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the installation instructions.

8 Can the Solei only shine in one direction?

No. The Solei always lights upwards and downwards at the same time.

9 Is the Solei TRIAC dimmable?

Our lights are not TRIAC dimmable as standard. However, you can make them TRIAC dimmable. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable TRIAC transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The TRIAC transformer must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our luminaires. The transformer must also meet the minimum requirements of the LEDs (wattage and voltage). Please note that you must then decide whether to use only cool white, warm white or neutral white (both LED colors mixed) during installation.

10 Is the Solei smart home compatible?

Our lights are not smart home-compatible as standard. However, you can connect them to a smart home system. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable Smart Home transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The Smart Home system must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our lights. If you want to continue to adjust the color temperature (warm to cool white), the Smart Home transformer must be CCT-capable.

11 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.
