Installation

The lamp arrives ready to assemble and can be set up right away. After unpacking, the lamp can be mounted and put into operation straight away – just connect it and enjoy. Please note: Light sources are not included in the scope of delivery (2× G9 bulbs). You can find the installation guide under “Instructions” – it is available there for download.

Switching on and off

The lamp can be switched on and off using the switch on the cable.

Dimming

The lamp is not equipped with a dimmer switch. If you use a smart-home-compatible bulb, the lamp can be dimmed via a smart socket.

The Tilo is not dimmable as standard.

2 Are bulbs included with the TILO?

No. The TILO is delivered without bulbs. You need 2x G9 bulbs.

3 Is the TILO smart home compatible?

No interface of its own – but you can use a smart G9 bulb and then control the Tilo via a smart plug.

4 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.
